Pricing

No two of us are alike, neither is our hair. At Diaz and Brooks we customize each client's experience and pricing. If you are a new client, we require a 15 minute consultation prior to your requested service appointment. This allows us time to get to know you and your hair needs prior to your service. We can confidently quote your financial, as well as, time investment at this appointment. No telephone or email quotes will be given.

It is our goal to establish (and continue to build) a relationship with our clientele that is based on mutual respect and stylist/client compatibility. Let us know, please, of any discomfort you may have; we will do the same

Our services are listed below:

Men's & Women's Haircutting
All haircuts include shampoo, conditioning, cut, and blow dry. Use of flat iron or curling iron may be an additional charge. (New) Children’s services not provided

*One bang trim (women) or one neck clean up (men) complimentary between haircut visits. After the first, a fee will be charged.

Color services
Full highlight: entire head, *scalp to ends, or retouch on previous highlights.
Partial highlight: sides, top, and crown*
Spill or mini highlight: 1-2 foils at the front hairline, and along the 'part' only*
Permanent "All over color" and "all-over-color"retouch
Semi/Demi permanent color
"Root lift" or "Base break"
Clear or tinted color glossing
Texture and Styling
Brazilian Keratin treatment
*We do not offer permanent wave services.
Blow out Styling
Formal/Special Occasion


Other
Consultation fee: *$15 per 15 minutes
*deductible from first service


Make-up
We have preferred make up artists that we work with on a very frequent basis. They are available on location, or we can arrange to have them meet you at our salon. Inquiry will be made to the respective artist by Diaz and Brooks; appointment arrangement(s) will then be handled by the client and respective artist.

Bridal
All bridal services are available “on location” or “in salon” and are by prior consultation only. “Trial bridal appointment” fee is $100 for 1 ½ hours, and includes 2-3 “looks”.Trial appointments ARE NOT intended as or for bridal portraiture appointments. This is a separate service to ensure the photographic quality of the finished hair.

All weddings require a contract, as well as a 50% non-refundable deposit to 'save the date'.

Regarding Children
It is our desire to provide you with an "adults only", serene and relaxing experience at Diaz & brooks. With the utmost respect, we ask that your children not accompany you to your salon appointment. Should your child care plans become interrupted, please allow us find you another time reservation. No fees will be assessed. (See below).

Cancellation policy
24 hour notification for cancellation of your salon appointment is required for reservations held for Monday – Thursday; Friday and Saturday appointments require a 48 hour notice. Of course, emergencies are handled with consideration, and with respect, Child care issues will not incur a fee (unless the situation is continuous). Full price of scheduled service will be billed for the missed appointment. “No show” appointments will be required to render payment before another appointment will be scheduled.

Running late?
It happens to the best of us. We are making continuous efforts and adjustments to our time allotments to adhere to an ‘on time’ schedule. It is our every intention to notify you should we realize that we are running more than 10 minutes behind schedule. We respectfully request that you please do the same. Any client arriving more than 15 minutes late without notification must understand that we may need to reschedule the appointment.

Gift certificates
Please mention if you hold a gift certificate (and number if applicable,) when booking your appointment. Gift certificates are held to the same cancellation POLICIES as stated above. Failure to give appropriate notice will render your gift certificate null and void.

Appointment confirmations
confirmations are done 24 hours in advance and automatically by email via our salon software. (Please take the time to notify us of a change in your email address). Please “click” the confirm button to let us know that you are indeed coming. As well, this confirmation informs you of the length of time you can expect to be here. Be sure to let us know of any pressing time constraints you may have in advance
